I had met Chicago Cubs relief pitcher Tyler Chatwood at a charity event and he was quite inebriated.
Chatwood told me that the Cubs had released him earlier that day.
He then became ill and ran to the toilet emerging some time later only to get into an altercation with another drunken guest.
The two men were both arrested and removed from the venue on gurneys.
Seeing the fracas, I filmed it on my phone and snapped a few photos of Chatwood on the gurney.
As I was leaving the event some hours later, Chatwood returned and approached me about the video and photos and I panicked and ran for the exit but he pursued me and angrily confronted me about what I had done.
I then struck him on the head with a hammer and ran, leaving him with a bloody gash on the back of his head.
Then I woke up.
